I had to return becuase the car wasn't cleaned properly and the gas tank wasn't filled as promised. I felt isolated during the waiting time before the siging and If Stacey didn't approach me I sat there contemplating leaving the Dealership with out buy a car. The things I don't like about the Trax. The net for the trunk should be a include in any deal. The back door should open with a key. The salesman and or a electronics technician should program the buyers favorite stations. The salesman should know if a CD player is the car. Please note I was told the SUV had a CD player. When the Salesman is discover that the buy is having issues and concerns. He should not say " Aparrently since you can back then it cant be that bad. I had issues during my transaction and asked the salesman Justin to start over. I see twould salesman name on my paperwork when it should have been only one salesman. I was slapped in the face with the fact that I has issue with the first salesman and he still will benfit from they sale. On the first day I visited the Dealership I asked the salesman to send the purchase order to my credit union instead he wrote the prices down on a paper that wasn't honor the very next day. More

Choose another dealer This dealer is very shady and should be avoided at all costs. Both the sales and the service side are very poor. Our vehicle was recently taken in for a recall and for a rear door seal to be looked at for repair. Upon receiving the vehicle back, there were numerous dents in the B-pillar and cracked/chipped paint. The dealership, their management, and customer service have all been less than helpful. Their suggestion, "use your insurance". When the vehicle was taken in previously for warranty issues, they replaced a door speaker for a rattle when there was a TSB out for the window switch panel...obviously the door speaker did not fix the issue and the car had to go back in. Another time it went it for a clunking noise under warranty and they supposedly replaced the struts...the clunking noise is there again and the car has less than 30,000 miles. There are some very questionable practices and a lot of lying happening at this dealership. If you care for your vehicle at all, take it somewhere they will treat it the way you would want it to be treated. More

I had such a great and easy experience and was able to get through the process very thoroughly and promply. I also developed new friendships with my salesman and feel as if I was a friend, not even a customer, but a friend! Such a comfortable environment with positive vibes. I would recommmend Pat O'Brien, Ryan and Adam to everyone. Please don't waste your time and come to Pat O'brien East to have a relieving experience with wonderful peaceful. But go elsewhere for service , especially if you think your time should be respected. More
