Dropped my vehicle off for warranty work, replacing the shade on the rear moonroof. Dropped it off on a Friday at 9:00 a.m. they asked if I needed it back by a specific time, I just needed it back by the shade on the rear moonroof. Got a call around 1:00 p.m. saying that my care won’t be done until Monday, witch was not acceptable, since they told me they had no loaner car for me! Got a call back at 3:00, letting me know they just had loaner car returned and I can pick it up anytime, got there around 4:30, then I had to wait 25 minutes for the service man to return from the gas station with it! You would think they would have done that right when it was brought back before I came fore it! I hope it was sanitized, I’m doubtful that it was!!!! When my lease is up, I will be returning it and going back to a Ford! I still don’t know why it took them r days to fix this issue! More
