While both my saleswomen Diana and Kyle in service were both extremely professional , friendly and helpful. I am a little disappointed in the need to return for service when the car supposedly went throug both extremely professional , friendly and helpful. I am a little disappointed in the need to return for service when the car supposedly went through inspection. I also purchased a extended warranty that takes 45 days to go into use. Part of the repairs were completed to satisfaction, 2 I needs take to a ford dealer but the simple thing that should have been and easy fix, a chip in the windshield is not being addressed. I would suggest paying close attention to the cars in the lot, they are pretty beat up, i seen one held together by tiewraps. I went to Serpentini as a repeat customer but feel they are not what they used to be. As far as purchasing I would say pay close attention. As far as the staff Diana and Kyle they were both great to work with. More
