The gentlemen at Serpentini did what they could to best accommodate my father and his ailments, and give us a fair trade, and excellent service. They were always vigilant on his comfort, and they were sympathetic and accommodating. Jon was pleasant with an excellent sense of humor, and was a great conversational partner. Now that Chris is an awesome Sales Manager at Serpentini in Orrville, I had the pleasure of dealing with Jonathan Conley for my new 2013 Malibu - yep, 2013. I LOVE it! Completely redesigned, both inside and out. Jonathan took the time to explain all of the car's new features - even if it was after 9:00 p.m. that night.
