From the moment I walked into the dealership I could tell it was a team atmosphere. I had missed the salesperson I had scheduled to meet but one of the other salespersons contacted Jason and he was there i it was a team atmosphere. My Mother is 89 years old. Her Buick Park Avenue of 24 years finally died. I cannot tell you how much I dreaded having to help her buy a new car. She wanted to go to Serpentini because she thought she could afford a Buick. She couldn't (once we looked at the prices). Ray was the first person they sent us to when we went inside the sales office. He entered the lions den with no fear and came out nearly unscathed. I've never seen ANYONE handle my Mom like that. I mean, she was nearly docile by the end of it. He listened to what she wanted, went and got her a Chevy Cruz (now, I would say $18,000 for the bottom line one is a BIT steep but luckily she didn't think so), she test drove it and bought it. He worked through all the details with her and has already gone far and above what he should have as a salesman. He has also asked her to call him when she gets her title in the mail, and other matters so he can help her. Luckily, he knew our family and an 87 year old man my Mom knew walked in (getting his free weekly car wash) and put in a good word for Ray so it was all downhill from there. I've never been so relieved in my life. Only thing to worry about now is her remembering what all the "gadgets" are for on the dash and remote door opener (she never had one of those before). I'm sure he will be happy to help her with any questions. Like I said, he was MORE than great and YOU NEED TO GIVE HIM A HUGE RAISE RIGHT AWAY. Not kidding. More
