Our son found the Malibu that he wanted at Serpentini in Orrville. We live in Parma and our son lives in Warren so I went first to make sure the car was still available before he made the trip. There it was in the showroom and as I walked I was greeted by Jessie and he offered me something to drink. That wasnt how we were greeted at Ganley Chevrolet days earlier. I was introduced to our salesman Carl. Our son showed up and test drove the car and then we went to work out a deal. We couldn't reach a deal at first but after Carl and Jessie used there team work we came to an agreement and the car was sold. If you want a true professional and a non pressure salesman and also like dirt racing then Carl is your guy.
