Worst Experience Ever! After a recent repossession, I am in the market for a car. I read Serpentini's reviews and started looking online at their vehicles, I found a car th After a recent repossession, I am in the market for a car. I read Serpentini's reviews and started looking online at their vehicles, I found a car that I was interested in and I applied for financing online. I was "pre-approved." So after waiting several hours, I asked my dad to go look at the car with me, So we loaded my two month old son up in the car and drove to Orrville. Once we got there, we were met by a salesman (who never gave us his name.) He took us inside so he could "find the car." And he disappeared for almost 10 minutes! Then he shows up and says the car was sold several hours before and he wanted to show me something else. He took us outside and showed me a car that was TWICE the price of the one I was looking for. So after telling how much I wanted to spend, he showed me another car that he said they could "make work." We drove it, and decided it would work, it wasn't exactly what I wanted but it would do. So once he pulled my credit, he came back with pricing options. Come to find out, the car was more than $1500 OVER what I wanted to spend. And the pricing options did NOT work for me. After going back and forth and wasting 3 or more hours at the dealership I left without a car. My dad said he would bet money that they would find something that would work and I would get a call Monday morning. And I did. But come to find out, the car they were trying to sell me was listed for $1500 LESS online. They kept pushing for more money down or a cosigner, after I said multiple times I didn't have either! This would have been the third vehicle purchased by my family from Serpentini in the past 15 years. Needless to say, we will never be back! BUYER BEWARE! They say no pressure, and they are there to help, NO WAY! More

Soooo HAPPY!!! I do not even know where to begin! I do not have the best credit, I've had 1 repossession! My husband does not have good credit and due to certain circumstances doesn't have a license but we walked out with a car!! A car that I absolutely LOVE! The day before I was at a car dealership in Dalton. I talked to a guy before I went and he told me my application looked great and to come down and when I went there they didn't even want to work with me. Wouldn't even take a look at my car as a trade in, even though it was junk! So when Kathy called me the next day from Serpentini I really did not want to drive all the way down to Orrville just to be rejected again! But she got all my information, kept calling me back, and made sure it was the real deal before I came in, and even still with the "Your Approved" I did not want to do it bc I thought it was just a hoax! When I arrived at Serpentini I was greeted by the general manager who told me he knew about my situation and said he will do his best to get me in a car and then introduced me to Pete! Pete was wonderful! He helped me every single step of the way, even with my screaming 2 year old right beside me! The customer service was phenomenal! He got my son a coloring book and crayons, that he drew on Pete's desk with, juice boxes, popcorn! And even helped me lower my payment, and down payment to something more affordable for me! A very funny guy and definitely made my experience personal! I would not purchase a vehicle anywhere else or from anyone else! Thank You Pete!!! You have nooo idea how much this truly means to my family and I!!! More
