Ray, Mark and Kathy were fantastic After seeing a used car I liked online, I checked Serpentini Chevrolet of Orrville website to see if the car was still available. I dropped Kathy (Watson, Customer Care Specialist) an email. She responded very quickly and was very helpful. After a couple of emails we scheduled a visit for the very next day, I rented car and drove up (3hrs drive). The next day we were welcomed by Ray (Hawks, Sales Staff). Ray was great, friendly and professional, answering all of our questions efficiently. He took us for a test drive with the car we wanted, and our decision was made. At the beginning of the day we thought we would get financed through our Credit Union, but Mark (Evans, Finance Services) was able to get us a better rate so we went ahead with the deal. Staff members came over to congratulate us on our new car, which was very nice. Ray let us use their computer to get the paperwork they needed from us, and to activate my insurance. Mark (Evans, Finance Services) took all the time needed to explain to us all the details of the financing plan, and it was a very helpful discussion. Overall, we arrived at 9:30am in a rental car and by 1:30pm we were in our new car! Ray even called Enterprise to pick up our rental car. It was a fantastic experience. More
