Super Service I had been without a vehicle for a few months and decided it was time to get something. I knew what I wanted so I started looking online at all the de I had been without a vehicle for a few months and decided it was time to get something. I knew what I wanted so I started looking online at all the dealers around the area. (Akron, Barberton, Rittman, Orrville, ect) I finally found a beautiful blue 2011 Chrysler Town & Country on Serpentini's website. It was in my price range and looked nice in the pictures. I sent my husband a text and told him to look it up. When I got home from work that night we decided to go take a look. We got to the dealership right before closing. I just wanted to look at it. Well John Williams came out and asked us what we were looking for and told us all about the van. He even washed it before showing it to us. We took it for a test drive and decided to buy it. By now it was past closing time. I told John we would come back tomorrow but he said it was all right. We went through all the paper work with John and Mark Evans and I left that night with my new van 2 hours after closing. Those gentleman working that evening were just great. They all made us feel like we were not at all keeping them over. They even washed my van a second time before we left. I would recommend John and the whole staff at Serpentini Chevrolet of Orrville.
