Thank you for your feedback, we did check our records and while we see that your vehicle was in our service department twice shortly after you got it, you were not billed for either of the repairs required, and since we haven't heard from you since then we can only assume that you have not had any further issues. For a nearly 10 year old truck we would consider that a pretty good track record! As far as the financing goes, in most cases we will work with several banks to make sure we are getting you the best interest rate available, since this was nearly two years ago we can only speculate as to what transpired, but it's likely that we were able to get you a better interest rate elsewhere and that's how your loan ended up with a different financial institution. Perhaps we had a lapse in communication between the Sales and Finance departments and for that we apologize. It's hard to look back nearly 2 years and guess as to what happened, but clearly you were dissatisfied with your experience and for that we apologize. We do thank you for your business and hopefully your truck continues to perform at the same level it's been since last time we repaired it, almost 2 years ago.
