Right of the bat, we expressed our reason was to test drive a car and talk about the price. We had a set amount to use for a used car, and made an offer. Was disappointed on the fact that the price was only reduced by $150. I wanted to walk away but my husband kept me there and there was no budging with the price. We even said that we could write a check for the price we wanted. We left with no car. A couple days later we got a call back that the price was dropped a little more, still not in our price range. I didn't want to go back to the dealership but my husband once again talked me into getting the car. We went back to the dealership. We ended up paying more than we really wanted. While we were filling out paper work, we were told that the car was being detailed. Car not detailed only washed, antifreeze in washer fluid reservoir. My husband drained and cleaned it. Only one key with the car. More
