I was also impressed with the facilities which I would describe as inviting and "state of the art". I would also add that it was a pleasure meeting Jason Anderson, the General Manager of the dealership and Ray Hawks, one of the Sales Associates. Ray came highly recommended by several friends and acquaintances and their advice was proven to be totally accurate. When I talked to a salesman about the vehicle we were interested in, he set up a test drive right away that fit our schedule. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and we drove it home the same day. I especially appreciated the assistance I received from the salesman to remove a carseat from our previous vehicle. With the help I received, I was able to easily transfer the carseat to the newly purchased vehicle. This was our first experience with Serpentini Chevrolet. My husband and I were pleased with the service we received. More

Great 1st car buying experience! We purchased a car from here on Saturday for our daughter-it was her first car buying experience and I am happy to say it was great! She is 16 but they treated her with the same respect that they spoke to my husband and I with and made sure she had a very positive experience. We worked with Matt Matjunas and Floyd Stanard and they were friendly and professional as we negotiated a price that we all felt good about. They stayed past closing time to wrap everything up and at no point did we feel rushed at all. Several other team members kept our 11 yr. old son entertained ( and probably secured his business when he turns 16) by letting him sit in and actually rev up a brand new Corvette! My daughter LOVES her MINI and even though she was slightly embarrassed to hit the "gong" when we closed the deal- she was talking about it as soon as we drive away!
