Excellent I had been looking for a Dodge Ram 1500 4 door for a few months Serpentini had one. I called in they had it ready to look at. Eric Johnson was my salesman we went on a test drive and there was no pressure he didn't try to change my mind to anything else. He went with what I wanted and I like that. Excellent service I saw a vehicle online and went in the next day to test drive it. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and helped right away. We were greeted by Jason Anderson, and we asked for Jonathan Conley. He introduced us to John Williams, since Jonathan was out for awhile. John Williams was very helpful, and kind to us, helping us to decide exactly what we were looking to do., and explained a lot of details we needed to know. When Jonathan Conley arrived, the two of them, helped us make a plan. They both worked hard to make sure we were satisfied. We drove the 2016 Cruz, and decided to lease it.
