My interest was promptly replied to with a return call and after determining a car was a available, I headed down to take a look. From the moment I was greeting, the folks at this dealer were friendly and low-key. We were satisfied with the condition of the car and made a purchase. John demonstrated how the Onstar and Serpentini app might help us with car maintenance. I was happy to be made aware of additional services/extended warranties but not made to sit through an excessive sales pitch. Good experience! More

Ray Hawks at Serpentini Orrville was very patient and understanding, as I was (and still am) emotionally attached to my old car which I purchased 12 years ago at this same dealership! I had my eye on the Malibu, I had driven a few times renting for business trips. Ray was very, patient, professional and helpful with making our decision. Mark, their Finance Manager, was very thorough explaining the details and paperwork of the sale. Jason and the rest of the staff were very friendly and polite during our visit.
