Had an overall good experience at Serpentini Orrville Was pleased with the staff I spoke to and they did seem to try to be as helpful as they could. Tap went away.. but with the ride home it came back and I continue to hear it as of this time. Zach Bauer was very pleasant to do business with and he showed a lot of charisma and care for me the customer. I would recommend Serpentini Orrville and Zach to anyone who would ask of a promising auto buying experience. Best dealership I've ever dealt with I walked around the lot peeking in a few Windows and I wasn't swarmed right away I was given the chance to window shop which was very nice. I test drove one liked it and tried to get approved for it but it didn't go through right away so we checked out the car I currently bought and let me tell you what the comforting and attention I was given by Tyson was spectacular, I actually felt a bond and connection with him.
