I was not ecstatic about car shopping but I had looked online and knew what vehicles I was interested in and decided to start with Serpentini in Orrville. My salesman was Ray Hawks. He was very knowledgeable about vehicles, especially the Chevy Cruze which I ended up purchasing with him. He was not pushy by any means and he was easy to talk with. I feel I got a wonderful car for a great cost. There was an issue that he was completely honest and upfront with me about which he didn't have to be because I had already signed the papers. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and took care of a few minor issues I found after purchasing the car. I am very pleased with my experince and would recommend family and friends to go see Ray and I will return (hopefully in many many many years) when I am in need of a new vehicle! More

I will be coming back to him again when I purchase a new vehicle. The financing was really easy. There was no pushing or pressure to do any specific thing with the warranty. They gave me any info I asked about and when I told them no thanks about certain deals with the warranty they moved on. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.
