A few days later, I went down to look at the car (an Equinox) and was greeted by the friendly staff and was sat down to talk about the car within 5 minutes. The experience went very well, the salesman knew about the car (which I hadn't come across before) and the negotiation was simple. I would, indubitably go back to chevy Orrville for another car purchase in the future. More

We weren't sure if we were going to take on the new payments but they worked their magic and got them down to a reasonable rate to suit our budget, and we left with a brand new car off the lot. Phenonmenal Mr. Pat Kieser worked very patiently with me as we dealt this vehicle all the way from Louisiana. Mr. Pat arranged for and Mr. Bill picked myself and my father from the airport in Cleveland, which is nearly an hour away, and this was greatly appreciated! The car was no disappointment, it was rather nicer than we anticipated. Despite the thousands of miles we crossed for this vehicle, if I were to be treated with such kindnesses, professionalism, and patience as I experienced from Mr. Kieser and Mr. Bill., I would do it all over again. Thank you dearly Mr. Pat! More
Service Department Your service department did absolutely lousy, once again! Many things wrong on this visit. Took my vehicle in for an oil change and complimentary tire Your service department did absolutely lousy, once again! Many things wrong on this visit. Took my vehicle in for an oil change and complimentary tire rotation because you didn't rotate them last time I had my truck in there, which I had paid for. It took an hour and a half to change the oil and do the routine checks, not knowing at this time the tires had not been rotated. Service brought the truck out and my wife drove it to an appointment she had, not having time to check the tires because of the long wait for an oil change. It is there she checked the tires because she marked one of them to make sure the work was done. It was then she noticed the tires were not rotated, once again! I can see an hour and a half to change oil do routine checks and rotate the tires, but just for an oil change and check the vehicle over, come on. So my wife went back to the dealership and talked to the person at the service counter. He couldn't explain why the work had not been done, but took the truck back and had them do it then. He took the oil change off the bill so we owed nothing for that visit, which was nice, but seriously, 2 visits and 2 times your service department did NOT do the work expected and paid for the first time. I'm wondering now if the work was done on our other car that we had taken in the day before for the same service, oil change and tire rotation. We forgot to mark the tires, that's our fault, but we shouldn't have to do that. I'm also wondering how many times this goes on in your service department since we as customers can't see the work being done. So, overall your service department is a big disappointment to me once again. I will be looking elsewhere for service, and probably purchase of our next vehicles. Social media will have a field day with this. More

Tyson is our hero !!! Me and my girlfriend have recently totaled our beloved 2011 Dodge Caliber. We began searching for a replacement vechile at VanDevere Cheverolet and Fred Martin Dodge. We felt like numbers were pushed at us at both dealerships and we being offered vechiles that didn't suit our growing family. We test drove a ford explore from Fred martins over night. In the morning we decided the payments we were offered did not suit our budget, so we decided to explore our options. Within one phone call we found Tyson and he was able to tell us what he can offer us and what our options are. We felt so reassured that we went to see him and the fine folks at Serpentini Chevrolet. Boy we were glad we did we were treated like we were coming home for Christmas or Thanksgiving. It was a night and day difference in the service Tyson gave us compared to the previous two dealerships. He understood our needs and explained everything in a very compassionate and empathic manner. He offered us snacks and beverages in the previous dealership I asked for water and was told the fountain is right there. We ultimately purchased a preowned 2013 Kia Sportage for a much better value with a gap policy extended warranty and factory warranty. On top of that Tyson got me a brand new Chevy hat in my favorite green color from there parts store. Then to our surprise Tyson and his great sales manager returned the explore we test drove back to Fred Martins. We couldn't be more satisfied and we will life long life customers of Tyson and Serpentini. More
