Wonderful I was fortunate enough to work with Ray. He did everything he could to get me out of my old junker, and into a brand new 2017 Chevy Sonic. I personally shopped for a class and make of vehicle I was looking for. After searching for a few weeks I happened upon a vehicle that looked nice and called the dealership. No information was available by phone so I waited a day and then visited the dealership to look at a particular vehicle. Really liked the vehicle, a few problems for the age but most but not all I expected and accepted. The vehicle I purchased had no owners manual or front floor or any other mats. I agreed to them providing the mats twice but as of yet I have not received them. The owners manual was missing but 30 days after purchase I received that in the mail. I inquired about a second set of keys at the time of purchase, they said they didn't have them but they programmed new ones for me, the extra set was just hanging in the back office(Thanks for the programming). I had concerns with a few rust spots and articulated them to Tyson, I was given a small bottle of paint and told I could fix it myself easily with this little bottle"No problem". I would say if your looking at a used vehicle while shopping at Serpentini Chevrolet of Orrville expect nothing more than a used car salesmen with free bottles of water. When you buy a car here, get EVERYTHING in writing, and get all issues resolved before you leave with the car, honestly I wouldn't accept delivery until they actually stand by their word and provide you with what they promise.. I have family members who have purchases new cars here for many years. I'm not sure if I could recommend anyone else purchasing any vehicle from this dealership new or used. 6/19 Still have not received my floor mats. Concerned that the dealership decided to put a customers name in their response. Dealerrater.com states that reviews are anonymous. It appears this dealership does not care about customers privacy or the terms of service for this site. I contacted dealerrater.com and they removed this dealerships response because they broke the terms of service and the law. More
