Pushy salesmen, lousy customer service I purchased my first new to me vehicle from Serpentini Chevrolet of Orrville. All through the process I was skeptical but was assured by the salesman I purchased my first new to me vehicle from Serpentini Chevrolet of Orrville. All through the process I was skeptical but was assured by the salesman all the way up to the Manager that they had my back should anything go wrong with my vehicle. Fast forward to the first weekend I owned the vehicle just a few days after purchase and I found myself stranded nearly 3 hours away from home with a vehicle that wouldn't run and indicated transmission failure given the vehicles symptoms. After several phone calls back and forth about how they couldn't come get the car or do anything for me, they did end up doing so, about 6 hours later. They assured me days later that everything was fine and they couldn't reproduce the events as I described them. When cooler weather came in the fall and winter, the same problems every single cold weather day, my "sturdy reliable" wheels sold to me proved to be a complete nightmare. When I spoke with the office and the shop, they assured me that they knew nothing about the problem and couldn't duplicate the issue in the shop. I explained that the car needed to be in cold conditions to behave as I explained and they refused to listen, telling me it was me and not the car. I spent too much time and money and lost time at work and at home running an engine on a car that to me worked just a tad better than a paperweight sitting on my desk at work. The men at this dealership will say what they need to say to get you out the door in a car and then feel no obligation to help you the minute after you sign your name on the dotted line. I would strongly recommend looking for a car at literally any other dealership than this one. More
