Mr. Plaster - We typically respond to reviews with positivity and understanding due to the fact that we know we arent perfect, we know we sometimes make mistakes and we want to learn from them and get better. But there is NOTHING we did wrong here. When you purchase a new vehicle you have to put insurance on it. Not only did you sign an agreement to provide insurance form while here, you were ALSO notified by your lender to protect your investment. We called your lender to verify that and we ALSO have a copy of the reminder letter. Now since you neglected to insure your vehicle the LENDER sent you a bill for insuring the vehicle, to make sure their asset is insured. WE DID NOT BILL YOU, your lender did. because after multiple reminders to insure it, you failed to. You called here threatening lawyers and so on. WE CAN NOT CHANGE PEOPLES INSURANCE POLICIES. Not because we wouldnt to help our customers, but because some stranger cant call your insurance company and start adding and removing vehicles on your policy with your personal information. As you can imagine that wouldn't be pretty if just anyone can pick and choose things on YOUR policies. Im sure if you really think about that, it will make sense. WE CAN NOT DO THINGS WITH YOUR POLICY. - FOR YOUR PROTECTION! Thats why we remind you and have you sign a form letting you know that you need to provide insurance, weve NEVER had this issue before. As you can tell by our other reviews, any issues here are VERY RARE. We strive to provide a top notch level of customer service, thats always our goal.

Hey guys, I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your second experience as much as the first. As you know, we're human and we'll certainly use this as a learning experience to grow and better serve people like yourself in the future. As far as the live market value on your trade in, you'll see on your paperwork that we went up on that for you. (only because youre a local previous customer, not because of the live market value). The payoff was made 2 weeks short of a month. The vehicle was purchased on 12/18 and the payoff (through the bank authorized payoff system) was sent in on 1/4/18. This is a bit longer than we would like but things don't always run smoothly when dealing with the banks. Which is why we get 20-day payoffs to prevent issues like this from happening in the first place. (Not our fault or yours) Unfortunately, the new bank didn't fund your deal until 12/28. So when the funds were available, it took us less than a week to payoff your vehicle including the holiday and weekend. As far as the bank changing the payoff, which you were made aware of on the 3-way call, that is out of our control. So the salesman was correct in stating that it had already been sent in.
