First new Chevy! I began shopping for a new car for the first time in my life at the end of March. I was introduced to Ray Hawks who was a great help. I had a sit down scheduled with him on March 29th. Days prior to that, I had been researching lease options and realized it may not be in my budget to buy or lease new. I met with him anyway and discussed with him my situation. He worked with me and essentially gave me an offer I couldn't refuse! I was shocked at how great the whole staff was. I drove off in a brand new 2018 Chevy Cruze and have been overly satisfied with the whole experience. More
SERVICE DEPARTMENT Had my oil changed right around 1,000 miles ago at 15,910. My car is a 2017 Chevy Cruze. A few weeks ago, I found a fairly decent puddle of oil in my home garage. Was rather puzzling. Chalked it up to being from my 2008 Chevy Cobalt. Yesterday, I found a HUGE puddle of oil on my garage floor. Short and sweet....I took pictures. Coming from the oil filter. Service manager is difficult to work with. My car is sitting as after speaking with her twice, I can't trust her. I suspect a faulty oil change Possible engine damage?? Why would I take it back for her to inspect? You know? Your dealership/service department writes on here that you attempted this and that with me. Sure!! You know darn well well Tanya that you werecrude and attempted to intimidate me per telephone. You made it clear that without even knowing my situation nor inspecting my car that a loaner was not likely and you were sure it would be "a quick fix". Offered to come get myself and the vehicle? Yes you did!! But only after I told youthat I had pbtained 3rd party verification of the errors. As for being human, that is what I asked of you in the first place!!!! Anyone who wants to know the real truth and why Tanya cannot be trusted in regards to my situation, is free to contact me. Should I tell them more? Like how the service department wamted to charge me around $80 for that so called oil change/rotation when my warranty actually covers it? How my sensors pn my tires were not reset? The fact that my oil filter was not tightened? Should I keep going? Should I make the voicemail from Tanya public? Matt, when are you going tonstop trying to cover up and bail out that lousy service department?? Nobody wanted to do anything but cover up the mess and deter me from obtaining a loaner. Tanya atyempted to convince me pver the phone that "it was nothing". I was also initially told to drive it over. After my insistance that I was not driving it, then ypu tell me to call GM for a tow. Once I had a different, professional mechanic find the errors, that is when you tried to say you offered to come get it! Lie!!! You tpld me tp drive it or Tow it. Again, Tanya who I can't trust, is the one whp was gping to see my vehicle since she is called the service manager. I think not!!! You messed up. I gave you a chance to make it right. You caused so much worry and stress. You didnt offer anything until you knew I took it elsewhere. You can't cover up your stories forever! More

Drove to Orville that evening from Mansfield and Ray was correct the 2004 Silverado was clean as described. You would have thought I was buying a $40,000 unit as I was treated great. Raymond Cunningham I got on the Serpentini website to look at the cars and potentially dream of getting something newer than what I had. Shortly after I got on the websi I got on the Serpentini website to look at the cars and potentially dream of getting something newer than what I had. Shortly after I got on the website Kathy reached out to me via email and text. She was wonderful and so encouraging just to come to the dealership and let them see what they could do for me. After some chatting with her I agreed to come over. I made an appointment and went. I went to Serpentini with honestly ZERO expectation. I was greeted with the friendliest salesmen ever. They instantly offered me something to drink and were all so welcoming. I was quickly introduced to Raymond...the superstar!!!! From start to finish, Raymond was polite, engaging, encouraging and professional through the entire day. He let us test drive a couple of cars..I found one I liked and he went to work. We laughed and it was great getting to know him...we even learned we had some connection that went back a bit. I met the sales manager Steve who was wonderful and the finance manager Mark who was absolutely awesome and explained everything so that I could understand it. I left that day with a sassy red 2018 Chevy Cruze. Thanks to my awesome Salesman Raymond and his team! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Excellent experience from start to finish.
