Steve Fusco went on a test drive with me and allowed me to drive without trying to control any part, nor was he ever condescending or over-explanatory because I was a woman, something I've certainly experienced before. In fact, both Steve and Pat Kaiser made me feel like I was an old friend. They listened attentively to my questions and responded with kindness and clarity (and often humor). Pat even picked me up some snacks when he went to fuel the car I was buying AND did his signature cartwheel brought out only after a sale. It was a pretty darn special experience. The icing on the cake was driving home the newest car I've ever owned. Thank you ever so much, guys <3 More

Telling me they have no control over the price, but if I finance through them, they will find a way to "help me out" (higher interest than what I already had). In the end they wouldn't help me out at all. The VERY NEXT DAY they lower the price on the car to my asking price. What fools! Oh and Floyd, change your tune. Your fake friendliness can be seen a mile away! More
