Surprisingly lovely experience I was honestly surprised with the kind and playful spirits of the staff, their patience, and their positive can-do attitudes. Steve Fusco went on a test drive with me and allowed me to drive without trying to control any part, nor was he ever condescending or over-explanatory because I was a woman, something I've certainly experienced before. In fact, both Steve and Pat Kaiser made me feel like I was an old friend. They listened attentively to my questions and responded with kindness and clarity (and often humor). Pat even picked me up some snacks when he went to fuel the car I was buying AND did his signature cartwheel brought out only after a sale. It was a pretty darn special experience.
