Instead you are made to feel like family. The finance person called me back into the office before I left to let me know he got a lower interest rate and redid my loan papers, that was above and beyond expectations. I was very pleased to learn the pleasant buying experience continued past the sale. Jon contacted me a few weeks after the sale to make sure I was happy and if I had any questions. A few weeks later when I needed help with a concern Jon quickly responded and promptly took action to make things right. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
