I am a single mom and came to serpentini with the intention of getting a car that was reliable. The car I bought has been anything but reliable. It has been a complete nightmare! Things started to go wrong after a week of purchasing the car. In a year I put less than 4000 miles and have put over 3000 in repairs for a car that cost 5000!!! They also had it for 3 months for a problem that they STILL havent fixed because they couldnt figure out what's wrong with it. Now I'm stuck with a car that still need repairs that I cant afford. There is absolutely no way they didnt know this car was a piece of junk. Please if you're a single mother go somewhere else. Ask someone to go with you. I'm going to be stuck walking with my one year old during winter while paying for a car I cant drive. I'm devestated and have spent so many hours stressed and crying. Beware! More

Will not go back to this place again. If I could give it zero stars I would. I took my car in for an oil change. First off they never reset my oil meter. No big deal I googled how to do it myself. A couple weeks later my windshield washer fluid was empty when I’d hardly used it. They are supposed to fill your fluids when they do the oil change. It’s why I drive so far to get it done. I took my car back in for something else and requested they top off my fluids because I don’t think it was done. I was told that my engine coolant was low and my oil. But there are no oil leaks. I had them fixed. My sheet also said that the brake fluid was low. Only thing it says was filled was the windshield washer fluid even though I was told that all my fluids were filled. I’m almost certain that I was charged for an oil change that was never done. That is why everything is low and the meter was never reset. More
