Had a great sales experience with Scott Grala and the general sales manager Rob. They made me feel very comfortable and listened to what I had to say. From the Manager Jim Kelly and all the staff that my wife and I have had the pleasure to be greeted and serviced by. They have been honest with their diagnostics of vehicle problems and are very fair with cost. The staff, sales and service department work with you to make sure that the customer is satisfied and pleased with the service. For almost 3 months I had been looking to purchase a 2013 CX-5 without very much luck or enjoyment. I had gotten the run around by several other Mazda Dealers mostly about price, when I asked about the pric CX-5 without very much luck or enjoyment. I had gotten the run around by several other Mazda Dealers mostly about price, when I asked about the price they quoted MSRP. I sent Sentry West an Internet inquiry describing the vehicle I wanted and a description of the car I was going to trade (a 2001 RAV4 with 203K miles and a well "experienced" overall appearance). Mike quoted me a price for a CX-5 with the trim and options I wanted. He did explain that they didn't have an exact match in their inventory but he was able to find one at another dealer they regularly trade vehicles with. Mike and his boss Rob contacted the other dealer and made the trade. The price was excellent, much better than any of the other Mazda dealers that I had spoken with. Mike was straight forward and upfront about every aspect of the deal. Not once did I feel pressured to buy something that I didn't want because of the convenience that it was on the lot. I very much enjoyed the whole experience at Senty West. I can sum up their approach in one word; Respect. More
I had currently bought a Mazda their a week later I had a problem with the radio. I bring it back so they can check it out and tell me they're gonna need the car for the day so they can fix it. I asked about a loaner car since this car is new and already an issue they tell me that I would have to pay 30 dollars for it. I told him the car is brand new and it's a manufacturer issue they should cover it. I left their so annoyed I decided to call Mazda myself and they had no problem fronting the bill for the loaner. I failed to mention this was the second car I bought from this dealer so the customer loyalty was there but where was the dealership loyalty. They kiss your xxx to get you to buy the car but when it comes time for them to step up and actually take care of the customer they look the other way. More

He offered to rectify the problem by letting me exchange the tires that were initially put on to the ones I had requested, and pay only the difference in their cost. This is a guy you can trust. Dan gets 5 out of 5 Stars. ********** People friendly. Work seemed adequate. Big problem was they installed a different part from the one I expressly requested without telling me. Had ordered the part through the dealership and was very specific with what I wanted. They told me that was what they had ordered. When I picked up the vehicle it WAS NOT what I had ordered! Would NOT use this dealership again. More

There was timely follow-up and dialog about what we were looking for in a new car. No efforts were made to sell us on the lot inventory for a quick sale. We made appointments ahead of time and the cars we were interested in were prepped and ready for us to test drive. Although there was follow-up after our visits, the sales associate understood the process we were following to evaluate many different vehicles. The no pressure approach to the sale did influence our decision. In the end we took test drives at five separate times to compare ride with other vehicles. We did end up buying a car off the lot, but it had all the exact features we were specified, and it was newly delivered so there was no downside. We were already Lincoln owners but this was our first experience with Sentry West. More
I am writing this to let you know of the bad experience I recently had with Sentry Auto Group in Shrewsbury: FIRST: Mike Kadis emailed me saying he had a new 2011 Mazda Miata with 0 miles & quoted me a pr recently had with Sentry Auto Group in Shrewsbury: FIRST: Mike Kadis emailed me saying he had a new 2011 Mazda Miata with 0 miles & quoted me a price. I emailed him saying I was coming in. When I got there he said the car wasn't there but at a dealership in NH. Sentry never had the car in their possession nor did they physically see it. SECOND: I gave a $1,500 deposit that day (Friday, April 20, 2012)and was told that they would have the car at their dealership first thing Monday morning, April 23, ready for pick up Monday evening. They never picked it up. THIRD: Mike called me at 3:00 pm Monday and said he hadn't gone to pick it up yet and was going Tuesday morning & I said okay. Two hours later he called back saying he wanted to know if I still wanted it as he just found out that the car had over 500 miles on it. He said they just received the invoice from the other dealer (4 days later?). I said that wasn't acceptable as I was quoted 0 miles. I said that's not new...it's used whether a demo or salesman used it. He said he would speak with his boss. His boss called back just before closing Monday evening asking me if I still wanted it or not and wasn't very nice about it. I said not unless I was compensated in some way as this wasn't right. When he wouldn't I said I'd be in for my refund. I felt they weren't being honest with me from the very beginning. If they were upfront about it from the start, I may have still bought the car. More

It was a joy dealing with Scott (sales rep) and Rob (GM) during the course of the experiences regarding several leases at Sentry West Lincoln Mazda. It was a joy dealing with Scott (sales rep) and Rob (GM) during the course of these transactions. I always felt welcome and at ease…never under any pressure. Their pricing was consistently lower than the competition, even without unnecessary negotiating. After the sale, experiences with the service department were exceptional. Service reps were very accommodating and it was extremely convenient scheduling appointments. Over the years, I’ve recommended several friends and family members…all sharing the same fantastic experience. Overall, I highly recommend Sentry West Lincoln Mazda. More
