I got the same car (including a moonroof which Sentry quoted at additional $1,200) at North End Mazda in Lunenberg, MA for way much cheaper... Please compare prices at Kelley Blue Book and carfax. I would not recommend a single soul in this world to even step foot into your dealership. Especially since the price went UP at the end of the month from a price I had been previously provided. They don't push extended warranties, and the sales process is clear, low pressure, and well organized (they won't lose your documentation and you don't have to chase them down after the paperwork is signed). He was very condescending when I mentioned that the oil change price was expensive. He said to go somewhere else then. His manager Jim heard everything but did not step in to remediate the situation. They always tried to find something to charge me for. I don't mind to pay if they fixed the problem but I paid for the service anyway even though the problem was not fixed. I told them that was so disrespectful and I left. More

On our first visit, we told the salesperson upfront that we were still shopping around and hadn't settled on a make yet. He took us for a test drive, explained the key features of the car to us, and gave us his direct number if we had any questions. He didn't even take down our phone number, so there were no pushy follow-up calls to deal with! After we did a little more research and decided to go with the Mazda, we went for a second test drive and then negotiated a price. The process was quick and easy, and they had our car ready for us in a couple days, even though they had to get one from a different dealer that was the color and had the options we wanted. Highly recommend going here if you're looking to buy a car without any hassle. More

Its amazing to me that in this day and age there are still so many slick and useless people selling cars. Kind of sad. My experience here was nothing like that. Just lots of vehicles to choose from, as much time as I needed to buy, would have liked a little more on my trade, but who wouldn't? Smiles all around. My only criticism would be is that they should have a tech person sit with the new buyer and go over all the features of the car, in the car But that's ok, something small in the grand scheme of the deal . Would do business here again , but hoping that I am all set for a long long time with car shopping. More

I am a bit confused why you wouldn't offer anything but the price listed on the vehicle, but then drop the price the following day on Carguru and Auto Trader. Al (our sales person) we just want to say thanks for not fighting to make the deal happen!! I am not sure if it was you or the business manager but one offer and one offer only is an interesting sales strategy. Especially since it was dropped two more times before you sold it. Back to why I am thankful. We found a much better deal on the same vehicle at another dealer who really seemed to want to sell us the car. Folks when you are looking for a new vehicle and come across Sentry just remember the price you see is the only price you get !!!! More
Amazing customer service I went to Sentry West Mazda after having a disappointing experience earlier in the day at another Mazda dealer. As soon as I pulled into Sentry West's I went to Sentry West Mazda after having a disappointing experience earlier in the day at another Mazda dealer. As soon as I pulled into Sentry West's lot I knew the experience was going to be so much better. I was greeted by Al while browsing the Mazda 6's. He asked me what exactly I was looking for as they had a lot of cars on the lot. Thank goodness he did because I would have been lost in the maze of cars! I of course did my homework on the type and style of car I wanted however Al was able to go deeper and truly make sure I was looking at the right car for my needs. Al gave me a very detailed tour of their dealership and made sure I was comfortable with drinks and food before we started talking about numbers. Even the finance manager and Al's manager came over during the process and made sure they introduced themselves and made sure everything was OK. Within less than 2 hours I had purchased a brand new car. The entire experience at Sentry West Mazda was phenomenal. From sales to financing to service. I really want to point out Al. The day and time I scheduled to pick up my new car Al was not scheduled to be there. However he made sure he was there for me. He went over everything about my new car and also gave me an awesome car-warming gift. Thanks Al! It was truly a one of a kind experience as I have never purchased a car in such situations where I was not stressed and they did not try to screw me with my pants on. I was up front with them and they were with me. I will recommend Sentry West Mazda to everyone I know and even to people I do not know. AMAZING!!! More
Great customer service here. No bs, in and out in under one hour. Maybe going on a Weds at midday helped! Dealt directly with Rob, their GSM. Good people here, Bill the business manager was A+ to deal with on a complicated title issue. I will say the parts dept was overpriced on accessories and they didn't stock what I wanted. Found what I wanted online for 25% less with free shipping. Sales: A+ & Parts: D- More
