I had already shopped around at a few dealerships and just couldn't find the right match for me. Roberto came out and helped me right away, and got me to test drive the car I liked. He ended up actually talking me into the best model version of the car becaues he knew he could get me a very good deal and that I would be much happier with it over my extremely stripped basic Yaris. I recently had to drive a basic model of the car I got as a rental, and man what a difference from the one Roberto set me up with. Im so happy with my new Ford Fiesta and all its bells and whistles, and thank Roberto very much for all his work in helping me decide which would be right for me.
