I purchased it from Sentry Ford and after very satisfactory service during it's warrantary period, I decided to stay with Sentry for the Ford trained mechanics and genuine Ford parts. Fred Dichiara has been my service advisor from the earliest days with my truck and have never been disappointed. Every effort is made to avoid any more "down" time than is absolutely necessary and Fred always tries to work out the most cost-effective approach to maintenance and/or repair and I always try to adhere to factory recommended service intervals. Since my retirement, my truck has not had to travel the 80 mile round trip commute to work or instead of the 125,000 miles, the odometer would be reading something closer to 250,000. I have a sneaking suspicion that it would still be running, thanks to Fred and the guys at Sentry. Who knows, we may get there yet ! The customer loyalty reward is a nice feature but it would not be worth much if the product and service were not superior to begin with. More

This is a no nonsense dealership. Enio and Kevin were straight forward and were able to find the perfect 2012 Explorer for me and my wife and our growing family with all the required features, but also a straight forward and were able to find the perfect 2012 Explorer for me and my wife and our growing family with all the required features, but also always mindful of our budget. There was no pressure, just an effort to find us the right vehicle to meet the needs of a growing family. After the sale, Enio spent over an hour and a half explaining how all of the cars features work. I plan to buy any new car from the Sentry family of dealerships. More
My Ford Freestyle needed an oil change, so I made an appointment with Sentry Ford in Medford, where I purchased my car. They were very courteous on te phone when I made my appointment. When I brought my car in, they were right there to bring it into the garage. I went inside to do the paperwork and they told me it would be ready in about 1-1/2 hours. I went out for coffee and while I was out, the service department called my cell phone to let me know the car was ready. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. I would definitely recommend Sentry Ford to everybody. More

When i picked up my new car sonny spent a lot of time with me explaining how all the features worked, he also made follow up calls to see how i was doing, and told me that if i had any questions to call him and he would help. i would definately recommend this dealership. if other car dealership, not just sentry, were this good they would sell more cars.
