There was no need to shop the car, because I knew that I was getting a fair deal; and I got an excellent financing package as well. After looking at the competition, Acura, Audi, Lexus and BMW, I decided that Lincoln and in particular the MKX had all the components that I was searching for. I love the vehicle, the looks, the smooth and quiet ride, the 4 wheel drive, the comfort, and most of all the price. The interior has the right mix of the European leather and the Japanese comfort. The vehicle has been in for service twice for computer upgrade (Microsoft/Lincoln have work to do to improve on their technology package), their service department was great, gave me a loaner while they had my car. Mike Piccariello in service was very helpful in explaining my computer system and syncing my phone. I would recommend this dealer highly for your next purchase, and I have never recommended a dealer in my life before! This is a first for me. You earned my business Sentry Lincoln! More
