He went a step above and beyond by connecting my phone to the blue tooth. He didn't talk fast or try to rush us off. When we returned to get the sticker for the car we were in and out within 15 minutes as promised..EXCELLENT!!! He is an excellent consultant. I had my vehcile serviced on March 10, 2011 for warrenty work and normal maintenance at this dealer, not the dealer I purchased it from, but was treated like I had. Best car buying experience I have ever had. I walked in to test drive the Navigator. My husband felt it was just too big. I explained to Johhny Ike what we needed in a car and he suggested the Flex Titan to test drive the Navigator. My husband felt it was just too big. Our son had recommended the Fusion based on personal experience with his own 2007 Mode. So, we went to Sentry and ordered a Fiesta instead. Vardan did all the paperwork and ordered the Fiesta for us. A few days later, we returned and decided we would rather go with the Fusion. One had just come in from another dealership, we liked it and bought the Fusion. Making Vardan do all the paperwork again which he was happy to do. We had great experience at Sentry Ford. Thanks! More

A few weeks ago, I just drove off the lot of Sentury Ford Lincoln, with my brand new Ford Edge. I was so impressed by the wonderful experience I received by the staff. Normally, it is very hard for me to gai Lincoln, with my brand new Ford Edge. I was so impressed by the wonderful experience I received by the staff. Normally, it is very hard for me to gain trust with a car sales man, but the moment I walked in, I felt so relaxed! I was hesitant at first to try FORD because I have been driving a Honda forever. When I walked into the dealership, I had in mind the vehicle that I wanted to purchase, however, with Vardan's assistance and willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy my purchase criteria, I came home with a vehicle that exceeded my expectations and at a price that worked with my budget. The best part is, he made it possible for me to take my 2011 Limited Explorer home that same afternoon. Vardan is one of those salesmen that is, to quote a cliche, a "born natural".
