How we changed our minds!!! We were at the end of our lease with Honda Nd planned on getting another. We felt the friendship they extended to us was real. We talked about it picked out our color and signed papers and we our the proud owners of a SUBARU. More

When the floor model we wanted was unavailable, associates started calling other dealers to find the car we wanted. 2016's had just stopped being made, so one could not be ordered. They found one, and Sendell brought the car to PA. (from Ohio) with the understanding we did not have to buy it. The car was great so we bought it. Denny gave a good walk through of operating systems. ...Such as wipers work by moving handle down, instead of turning a knob on handle as Chryslers, that we had always driven. The electronics person called,( Jay) & made arrangements to go over the finer points with me. The day before my app. with Jay , I locked my keys in the car.... About 90 minutes from my house. Called their 800 number on driver's door & had help in an hour. No cost to me, great! The next day Jay showed me again how work the buttons. This time with a partial understanding , many questions & interruptions from me , Jay helped things make more sense. What else can I say, Sendell's team & Subaru treated us very well... Not a bad way to do business. More

When entering Vicki's finance office you must know you are in for a friendly and non stressful experience. Every staff member at your dealership greets each guest as you enter the showroom or walk the lot. If you need a lift back and forth to work Dewayne will get you there in a friendly, kind and safe manner. Thanks to Jay for spending an hour and a half to teach us what our car can really do!
