Jayden was awesome. Experience was great until 2 days later and my financing was all in order. Once all that was resolved I can sleep well tonight. Two things though- we purchased used and only has 1 key. We were also told that the tires were new but there is a plug in one of them. I have questioned but not gotten an answer yet. More
Imagine Purchasing a 2020 model vehicle ONLY to have the check engine light come on in less than 24 hours after driving off the lot. Then being told by the fast talking manager that 'hey all cars are sold check engine light come on in less than 24 hours after driving off the lot. Then being told by the fast talking manager that 'hey all cars are sold AS IS, that's the point of getting a warranty package'. I guarantee you as a hard working person taking on a new 20k+ loan on a faulty car THAT'S NOT the response I wanted to hear. Don't take their word on the 60 point inspection. Ask to see the report and ask they explain what the report says and how it affects the vehicle performance. Turns out there are parts they can DECLINE TO fix/replace from the report if they feel it still works at time of inspection. As much as I tried to do my due diligence and ask as much questions I knew to ask This dealership enden up being the stereotypical dealership that misleads you then blames you for not knowing which questions to ask. If this was an example of the "KAIZEN CULTURE " they strive for customer satisfaction you FAILED WITH ME. More
