Through this means I want to take the time to express my appreciation for the awesome “car shopping” experience I had this week during the selection and purchase of my beautiful Scion. She definitely has style. She has charisma. She’s a young lady with much wisdom and determination in leading you towards choosing the best vehicle in the entire lot which will meet your needs and taste in the selection of “the correct vehicle for you”. My husband and I are “Old School” ... 65 & 66 year olds. He’s retired from WDW after 31 years creating and engineering for the world with a company that believes in nothing less than “EXCELLENCE” and “PUTTING CUSTOMER FIRST”! Me?, an educator all my life (42 years), Kindergarten thru University. Dealing with people and realizing that ... ITS NOT EASY! Yet being brought up learning to practice excellence in everything I did, regardless of how others function around me. And you know what? We both (my hubby & I) realized how fruitful and rewarding it was to execute with excellence. Personal experience teaches you that sets you aside, it makes you stand out above the rest (humbly, of course) and assures a job in your life. Something so scarce nowadays in this modern world. And that is why I praise excellence when I see it ... and I spotted those traits immediately evident in Beatrize’s approach, in her tone, knowledge and determination to help us find that vehicle I was yearning for the past four months. Beatriz, I want to thank you again for being so helpful in finding the right car for me.  It's perfect, and I’m "ridin'" in style. You really made the experience smooth and easy for my husband and I-- thank you ... you’re the VERY BEST! And I’m extremely appreciative that I was able to do my business in my first language (Spanish), which, without a doubt made my job much easier. That alone made a big difference!!! Thank you Sanford TOYOTA because you make it all possible by hiring personnel who will without a doubt lift your name on high. I will be sending folks to you from now on. We gave the dealership a second try because they had the vehicle we were looking for, so very glad we did. There were tons of people shopping for cars but we could have been the only ones there.
