Worst buying experience ever at a car dealership!! Bought 2018 &2020 vehicles and both times they DID NOT HONOR signed purchase order and agreements!! Billed charge card for deposit and 3 weeks later when v 2018 &2020 vehicles and both times they DID NOT HONOR signed purchase order and agreements!! Billed charge card for deposit and 3 weeks later when vehicle arrived added another $500.00 to the signed purchase agreement?? Not once but both times!! More

Mark Dalton must make all of his own reviews because I cannot fathom a single good word being said about him. My husband and I were ready to buy a new van for our growing family with Jose, a sweetheart wh cannot fathom a single good word being said about him. My husband and I were ready to buy a new van for our growing family with Jose, a sweetheart who showed us the vans, when Mark came over. Mark spoke down to us, demeaned is, and bragged about how many cars he had sold that day and how he “didn’t need our business”. He said the vans were flying like hot cakes and when I informed him that I knew the vans had been sitting on the lot over a month he told us “I don’t care about selling a vannnn *insert his grimaced face*. He spoke down to me and my husband who had been nothing but kind. Oh, and as far as “honoring veterans” my husband, an infantry Marine, was only honored to get up from the negotiation table and never look back. YIKES is about all I can say for our experience with Mark Dalton More
The financial department here is full of professional crooks. They set you up with a higher interest rate that you qualify for to pocket the difference. I dont know how many trips it takes to fix a TPS issue but Ive been there four times after purchasing a Tundra and its going to take at least one more.
