A big thank you to Cyril for helping me. He was one of the nicest people in the building. However, I really did not enjoy having to work with 3-4 different people from the test drive, negotiations, paperw the nicest people in the building. However, I really did not enjoy having to work with 3-4 different people from the test drive, negotiations, paperwork, and handoff of the vehicle. I did not really know who exactly was “in charge” of my transaction. I’m never going back to this dealership because the process was stressful to say the least. Just like every other car dealership: cannot be trusted. However I want to make it clear how great Cyril was, but that does not negate my overall experience with the dealership was not pleasant. More

I dont know how many trips it takes to fix a TPS issue but Ive been there four times after purchasing a Tundra and its going to take at least one more. Not too happy about being told its fixed and then it but Ive been there four times after purchasing a Tundra and its going to take at least one more. Chris was great. I inquired about a used Jeep I saw online. He worked with me about others that were coming on the lot because that one was not available. He was able to honor the original price he quoted me on the first Jeep, even though the asking price for the Jeep was more and they were putting 4 new tires on the vehicle. Chris took a video of the Jeep and sent it to me. We made the almost 2-hour drive the next morning and within 2 hours I had my new Jeep! Overall a great experience with Chris and Seminole Toyota. I will be back. More
