I took a new Tacoma in for its first oil change and to address several other items including a door rattle, both the collision system and blind spot systems giving warnings on the dash, horrible transmission conditions (a well known issue) and a clip on the rear bumper that they broke when they did a touch up on said bumper at my purchase date. They said the computer shows nothing on the two safety systems that threw trouble codes. I find this impossible to believe. The door rattle that said was not repeatable. I think nothing was done at all. The transmission they tell me is functioning as designed. I know technical bulletins exist. None were looked at. At this point, I am not even confident they did anything, even the oil change, as the washer fluid tank was almost empty and how can that not be part of the first service "check all fluid levels". The rear bumper click was the most annoying. I made the appointment well ahead of time and outlined all items up for investigation. After being told nothing was done on the issues, I asked about the bumper clip and was told, and I quote, "Oh you wanted me to get that looked at on this visit? That is body shop, not service. I'll take it back there now and get it looked at." I arrived an hour later to find it was never taken back there and they are too busy. I was given a card to come back any other time and have the body shop fix it. My truck was at the dealer for 9 hours and they couldn't handle a simple bumper clip. The cherry on top....they didn't even wash it for me after 9 hours and seemingly having done nothing. I was asked after I was already there and waiting even longer and I declined. I don't recall the service being this bad when it was David Maus. I can only assume the change in ownership is when things went down hill...maybe off a cliff is a better analogy. . I'll have to look at other dealers in town now for service. Disappointing to say the least. I loved my 2006 Tacoma for 13 years and this experience has turned me off to Toyota....especially the transmission issues they claim are "normal". More

Worst buying experience ever at a car dealership!! Bought 2018 &2020 vehicles and both times they DID NOT HONOR signed purchase order and agreements!! Billed charge card for deposit and 3 weeks later when v 2018 &2020 vehicles and both times they DID NOT HONOR signed purchase order and agreements!! Billed charge card for deposit and 3 weeks later when vehicle arrived added another $500.00 to the signed purchase agreement?? Not once but both times!! More

Mark Dalton must make all of his own reviews because I cannot fathom a single good word being said about him. My husband and I were ready to buy a new van for our growing family with Jose, a sweetheart wh cannot fathom a single good word being said about him. My husband and I were ready to buy a new van for our growing family with Jose, a sweetheart who showed us the vans, when Mark came over. Mark spoke down to us, demeaned is, and bragged about how many cars he had sold that day and how he “didn’t need our business”. He said the vans were flying like hot cakes and when I informed him that I knew the vans had been sitting on the lot over a month he told us “I don’t care about selling a vannnn *insert his grimaced face*. He spoke down to me and my husband who had been nothing but kind. Oh, and as far as “honoring veterans” my husband, an infantry Marine, was only honored to get up from the negotiation table and never look back. YIKES is about all I can say for our experience with Mark Dalton More
The financial department here is full of professional crooks. They set you up with a higher interest rate that you qualify for to pocket the difference. I only give it one star because it is not fair to the sales person Luis which was actually a nice guy. More
