Victor was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable when we were purchasing our vehicle. He got back to me as soon as he could and even went out of his way to help get my trade in up and running before bringin were purchasing our vehicle. However, aside from Victor, the dealership was incredibly difficult to deal with. Terrible experience with the dealship as a whole. This is not a negative comment for Victor what so ever. This is strictly towards the dealserhip and their financial process. Victor gets a 6 out of 5 rating. Toyota Dealership, -1 our of 5. Thank you Victor for your help! More

Victor was great! He really listened to our questions and helped us decide with choosing the best RVA4. It definitely felt like we were talking to a friend rather than a sales person. For manager we worked with Mark Delton. He defently knew what he was doing. Very knowledgeable on what option were available for pricing. In finance we worked with Tamara McKinney . She was great! She helped us get the best APR rate and was even able to working in extended warranty with the GAP coverage. Overall it was a great experience. More
