Although the staff is friendly and they have very nice waiting facilities, these people are incompetent. I've now had three visits, of those only one went well. My first visit they had me waiting near waiting facilities, these people are incompetent. I've now had three visits, of those only one went well. My first visit they had me waiting nearly 4 hours for simple routine maintenance that I was told would take no more than one hour. Then when they finally brought my car out, I found that they had NOT done the oil change - and the oil change was the ONLY thing I had specifically requested. I had to bring my car back the following week to get that done. Second visit was fine, everything went well. Third visit - same as first. They performed scheduled maintenance but failed to handle the oil change I specifically requested. Once again I had to schedule another visit the following week. Also, on this visit I waited over an hour and a half - and I *saw* them bring the car out after about 45 minutes - they just did not bother to tell me. This might not sound like much, but since an oil change is literally the most common service any car ever needs, their total FAILURE to perform this service 2 out of 3 times puts them as the all-time worst service department I have visited in my 42 years of driving.
