Went in and advised the sales person we didn't want some extra add-ons that were on the vehicle and here comes the sales manager. Mark Dalton, He came in very arrogant and just plain rude. Not only was he rude to me but he displayed this whole bravado IN front of my wife and child. I told him that if they take off whatever the dealer installed, we'll purchase the car. He (Mark) simply responded, you won't find a better deal and looked at us in disgust and said so you can get out of my showroom. Have a nice day I filed a complaint to the corporate office but no telling where that will go. I would recommend going else where because that guy is a very poor representative of the brand Toyota and overall jerk More

Awful customer service! Bought a used 2019 Volvo last Sunday at the dealership. Frank was our sales guy. He was perfectly pleasant to deal with and completed the paperwork which addressed a repair that Sunday at the dealership. Frank was our sales guy. The instructions and agreement made were to schedule a service all at their dealership. I specifically asked if I should bring the car directly to Volvo and was told no. The first appointment available was on Friday. I arrive and the service representative told me I needed to take the car to Volvo because it is still under warranty. I was obviously upset since I had taken time out of my day to deal with an issue they knew about before selling me the car. Muhamed is service really tried to help as sales department made him the scapegoat. When Muhamed brought me over to the sales department, Haisam, who is apparently the sales manager, was rude and condescending. His response to me was "what do you want me to do?". The customer service skills are severely lacking. They sold a car that was not as represented and their treatment of women was horrifying. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! More

We drove 2.5 hours to Seminole Toyota with the intent on purchasing the vehicle because of the rarity of it. I had done tons of research prior to coming, and it paid off! Not only did he introduce himself via a short video email, he also did a walk around of the vehicle in a video and sent it to us before we arrived a couple days prior. The process was smoother and faster than past dealership experiences, and the Ruby Flare Pearl was absolutely gorgeous to see in person! We enjoyed our time there despite a tiring ride back home, arriving around 12:30am the next morning and having to go to work, but it was 100% worth it, and Victor and our finance guy were both phenomenal to say the least! Certainly recommend Seminole Toyota to those near and far, because as their website states on the front page banner "The Drive to Seminole Toyota is Worth It!" and that couldn't be a more true. Mum loves her brand new 2021 RAV4 Limited in Ruby Flare Pearl and it's a wonderful gift for her birthday tomorrow! More

I have been going to this dealership for years, but now their service department has just become a bunch of dishonest pirates. It is hard to think of a time I was treated so poorly. I went in for a d their service department has just become a bunch of dishonest pirates. It is hard to think of a time I was treated so poorly. I went in for a diagnostics on my vehicle. I was aware of some specific issues seen on previous diagnostics, but was concerned with a new issue I had. When I went to pick the vehicle up they told me exactly what the service rep had said when I walked in the door, bad plugs. So I asked what else the diagnostics said they said nothing. They were recommending a tune up and replacement of motor mounts for $2262.18 Included in this estimate for service was a charge for a diagnostics! I questioned them about this and there response was..."We ran the diagnostics". I asked for the manager and this person introduced himself as the site manager. He proceeded to treat me like I was stupid and that I should just shut up, pay the bill and leave. Then he walked away. I ended up leaving having been ripped off only to get an email from them recommending I come in for a diagnostics. Here is my warning to everyone. DO NOT TRUST THEM! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. Please do yourself a favor and get a second opinion. More
