I was very excited to find the vehicle I was looking for at Seminole Toyota especially since it was a manual, too. I took a chance and contacted the dealer to find if it was available. Chris Cassell was qui at Seminole Toyota especially since it was a manual, too. I took a chance and contacted the dealer to find if it was available. Chris Cassell was quick and considerate when responding to my inquiry. He sent me a walk around video of the car and showed patience when waiting for my response. We were able to make a deal and when I finally had time the process took less than an hour to fill out the paper work and drive the car home. I was very impressed by Chris and Jordan especially since I showed up 30mins to close. With Jordan handling finance and Chris prepping the car, it was a painless experience. I appreciate their courtesy and willingness to go above and beyond for me. I would recommend using the internet sales department.. I'm having fun driving my new 2022 Toyota Corolla SE. I can’t speak highly enough of Carlos Tomassini at Seminole Toyota. I purchased the vehicle, 2022 Rav4 Hybrid XSE, online and he couldn’t have made the experience easier. He walked me through what nee Seminole Toyota. I purchased the vehicle, 2022 Rav4 Hybrid XSE, online and he couldn’t have made the experience easier. He walked me through what needed to be done, where to send it, and what next steps looked like. He was incredibly patient, didn’t press on things I didn’t want, and made this a fantastic experience overall. Finally, and the real kicker, is that he delivered the car to my house himself. had the worst experience in this dealership. I went to the dealer on Thursday 21st to get an oil change for my car, when I got the car when they finished the service the advisor told me that the I went to the dealer on Thursday 21st to get an oil change for my car, when I got the car when they finished the service the advisor told me that they are not washing the car anymore but I can use their car wash machine and gave me a code. I used the car wash machine and immediately when it finished I notice that my windshield wipers were not working at all, before placing the car inside the car wash machine they were working perfectly fine, so it means the machine is not working properly and did damage to my car. I went back with the advisor and he took a look but then he told me there was nothing they can do and that I had to pay for the diagnostic and then for the repair, I was so disappointed and requested to speak with the manager. He was so rude at first and after letting me wait he told me the same thing that there was nothing they can do. I was there with my 1-year-old baby and no one cared about letting us go in a car without windshield wipers working. I decided to call Toyota the same day to complain about this. They told me that a manager from Seminole Toyota will call me the next day. The same advisor called me on Friday 22nd to tell me they wanted to schedule an appointment to see what was wrong with my wipers. The appointment was scheduled for Saturday 23rd but they put me the condition of deleting all the reviews I had made, even though that was a violation of my freedom of speech I agreed to do it because the only thing I wanted was to have my car fix. I went again to the dealer on Saturday 23rd, after more than 2 hours they came out with the same thing that there was nothing they can do because my basic warranty expired due to the 41.000 miles that my car currently has. The repair is expensive because they said they can not replace only the nut that is missing they need to replace the motor assembly linkage and that is probably the reason they do not want to do it even though is their responsibility because that machine which is their property damaged my car, I went there to get service instead I got a broken car and now they are playing with me and my time probably because I am a woman and disrespect and lying me for that. I will not stop until I get a resolution of my case. More
