I sold my car and wanted a refund on my Zaktek contract for the unused portion. I called 4 times in two weeks leaving messages to please call me back. Didn't get no call back. Called again ask for a superv for the unused portion. I called 4 times in two weeks leaving messages to please call me back. Didn't get no call back. Called again ask for a supervisor, I was put on hold and never got to anyone. So I drove to the dealership, I was told they don't give refund on that, they don't want to transfer the contract to my new car either. When my husband said we will contact the BBB, the guy said "you do what you want we don't care". I see why, they have an F with the BBB. Don't buy anything extra, it is a rip off. More
