We had bought our daughter a new Corolla and the service was great at that time, but then when we took her car in for service it was a different story. The service rep was so rude to us just because we did not have an appointment. I understand that they are very busy, but my daughter had driven all the way from Gainesville just to get her car serviced. They did not do a proper inspection of the vehicle, because she had issues with her car within a week that should have been caught at the time they serviced her car. David Maus Toyota emphasis their service which I say after the sale there seems to be a lack of. Due to this fact we will not buy another vehicle from them. More

David Maus service department is such a rip off. I had my Sienna serviced at 97,000 including timing belt and water pump which they recommended replacing while the timing belt was replaced. 37,000 miles my Sienna serviced at 97,000 including timing belt and water pump which they recommended replacing while the timing belt was replaced. 37,000 miles later they told me my water pump was leaking and needed replacing. Really? I picked up the car and took to another Toyota dealer in the Orlando area. Guess what I did not need a water pump it was not leaking. I also can't stand when you pull up and there are a dozen sales people out front waiting for you when you get out of the car. This place is bad. Think about it. They have to rip you off in the service department to afford all that advertising they do. I will NEVER go back again. Please beware of the service department. More
