I just find out the they sale me my car 10 months ago with out tire' sensors and they refused to fix it because I didn't take it back earlier, I trust the inspection they didn't before they sale a car. with out tire' sensors and they refused to fix it because I didn't take it back earlier, I trust the inspection they didn't before they sale a car. We’ve been looking for a car after our car was totaled and we saw Seminole Toyota had a lot of car between our budget and just stopped by to see if we could find something. We are so glad Bart was availab and we saw Seminole Toyota had a lot of car between our budget and just stopped by to see if we could find something. OMGOODNESS. Where do I start? I was shopping online. Then this guy named Gustavo reached out to me. He went ABOVE & BEYOND for me 100% through the whole experien Where do I start? I was shopping online. Then this guy named Gustavo reached out to me. He went ABOVE & BEYOND for me 100% through the whole experience!!! When I told him what vehicle I was looking at he must have rushed out to the parking lot, snatched it up, & he made me a personalized video of it. Pointed out things I didn't even see on the online ad. Idk, that impressed me, tbh. Then it was time for me to go look at it. I tell you I was so nervous thinking I was gonna meet some pushy salesman, that wasn't gonna care & was just out for a sale, that I was gonna have to text my kid & have her call me so I could get out of there in a quick when the sales pressure was gonna start. SURPRISE. Totally the opposite! He was exceptional, a blast to talk to, super sweet, has nice arms too (heeeyyyy) , he took everything I mentioned into consideration, all my concerns & questions were met except 1. I wanted the price to go down $4g to make my budget work. Poor guy had to spend all day with me making this deal happen. And when I tell ya I was so hungry after not eating all day I was ready to walk out the door & come back the following day to finish up. Gustavo with his above & beyond, ordered me a steak dinner to re energize me to finish this deal. WHAT SALEMAN YOU EVER MET DOES THAT? Most would have been like ok see ya tomorrow. He asked if I had a trade in & I was like nah, but I think he could tell I was fibbing. I had this 1996 hunk of junk beater with a muffler problem. He said if I could drive it in they'd take it as a trade in. Hallelujah!!! Where do I sign? (Sorry about that trade in but thanks for taking it!) Well the fun didn't stop there! When I got taken to the back to do the paper signing I thought I might get raked over the coals but it wasn't like that at all. I had question after question. All of my questions got answered. There was no sighs of like, come on already lady. It was definitely NOT a boring time with Mr Albeano at all. So many laughs were had it made the time spent seem to go fast and the hand cramps from all the signing seem not so bad. (I still want to clean up that starbucks) The atmosphere, the people, were just the best. I had a great time! The only complaint I could make is the women's bathroom. Absolutely gross! Would have been cleaner to go in a bush. Might want to clean that throughout the day. I can't believe women would go in there and leave it like that. That says a lot about the women who visited that day. Ewww. So I honestly forgot to leave my review after the initial purchase and I've already been in for my 1st oil change and let me tell you about that experience. It was great! I reached out to Gustavo cause I had no clue how to do any of it. Now he's a salesman & already did his duty. But that didn't stop him from stepping out of his realm & guiding me in the direction that I needed to go. WHAT SALESMAN DOES THAT? I got checked in by a great couple of guys my service was explained to me & done in a relatively quick manner. No issues and they washed my car for me. AND, while I was waiting, I sat in the gazebo, got to have my own personal car show since the lady was doing all the pictures. Now to today. I noticed a couple of issues with the vehicle AGAIN I reached out to Gustavo with my concerns & AGAIN he steps out his realm of sales & helps guide me in the direction I need to go. I'm talking ABOVE & BEYOND with this guy!!! Most would have just been like lady contact the dealership & don't contact me with anything except when you want to purchase again. But this guy is AMAZING! So when you go to shop, I HIGHLY recommend Gustavo 1 million percent t and if you're lucky enough like I was Mr John Albeano. BOOM you should have an extraordinary experience rolling out with your new whip. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU GUYS DID FOR ME!!! Ya'll ain't seen the last of me I will buy here again and pray I get the same guys! Until next time More

This website is so flawed there are a lot of fake reviews on here. My experience with this dealership was absolutely horrible. Completely unprofessional, they’re simply out to scam you and if you won’t allow on here. My experience with this dealership was absolutely horrible. Completely unprofessional, they’re simply out to scam you and if you won’t allow them to scam you they will refuse to sell you the car and ignore you and go on to the next victim who doesn’t know better. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy there are plenty of other Toyota dealerships out there save yourself a lot of money and headaches and avoid Seminole Toyota! More

Gustavo the sales rep was incredible, knowledgable, and patient. Really great dealership and friendly. My only issue was the 900 dealer fee.
