So I didn’t want to but after talking to some other service department and sale department in other dealerships. I have to let every one know to stay from the service department here and the manger fe service department and sale department in other dealerships. I have to let every one know to stay from the service department here and the manger few months ago I had a 2022 Toyota Supra 3.0 premium one day my trans went limp mode and went out . So I took it to Seminole Toyota and that’s were I messed up I dropped it off Friday afternoon and so they did not work on it saterday I had a ex coworkers show me my car parked in the back all day then Sunday they are closed Monday at 6:30 they say coke get it we not working on it pay the fee for diagnostic I ask why every one gave me diffrent story one said to much air flow one said not evnough one said my exhaust cause the trans to fail then I talk to the manger he said his tech says I have all these mods I don’t have so I tell him go look at it your self he gets aggressive and say no I’m take my techs word over yours your just a Lier I told him my cars right there go look and a exhaust doesn’t do that or a intake and a intake gives more air flow not less he tells me to take it to a aftermarket shop to get more mods and if it doesn’t fix it maybe he works on it ?? How would me adding mods work that would just void the warranty on the car it’s self and they did not even look at it . I tell him ecu comes locked so we can’t tune he arguing about that I tell him does he know about cars it’s bmw and bmw stared locked there ecu Soo we keep going I tell him how they did the same to my sister who has a stock car then wanted her to pay out of pocket and he tells me well I’m keep your car I don’t care what you say what you do his rec is right I’m wrong doesn’t want to hear other wise not to mention the car had 6,000 miles and was used once a week maybe so I had to pay the fee sale the car and loose out on the car I had to order and been wating for because they did not want to honor there warranty and I would never go back miss on a car lost money and now I can’t find another car worse customer service worst everything the manger is the worst I had to hang up beache it just became a shouting match More

I had a great experience buying my new Tacoma here. Pablo, a salesman, was extremely helpful and patient with us. He made sure to let us test drive it and gave us options. Horrible horrible do not waste your time here . They will FORCE. A optional car warranty on you and say the deal will not work without it. They will run your credit several times. Everything changed once i got There . Please do not waste your time here these people are not fair especially Mark & Steve the finance managers. I will be getting myself a lawyer. More
Purchased a used vehicle from them 2 weeks ago. ..salesman I went through said the vehicle was detailed before I bought. Also at the end of the test drive the gas tank was empty but was assured it would be filled before I left with it. I did my own financing prior to make the transaction smooth. So not only did I leave with an extremely dirty truck. But the tank was also empty! Will not use this dealership again for any sales or service. More
