I received a call from Mr. Sam Bunte and he basically told me that there's nothing they can do unless I pay close to $500 for a new key fob including programming. Total waste of time. I'm done.

The information that was provided to you was always pending what the banks final decision would be. According to the phone calls, as Gustavo said the information and figures we quoted you were estimates pending final approval. We are always honest and upfront with our customers. Based off your time stamp of your visit, you were here for less than 45 minutes. We also never told you to come in, you showed up voluntarily. Keep lying! Send me the recording where he said “pending bank approval” dont try your game on me sir you’ve got the wrong one. Do not make me go over there and demand you play that whole recording out loud and prove the fraud you are. You didn’t earn my business because y’all lied, not because of my credit. I never said I was there a long time this last time I said when I went there the previous time when I met with the girl who also lied to me. Then I went back to see Gustavo who I made run the report in advance because of my previous HORRIBLE experience where I spent 2 hours there for nothing. Maybe you should learn to read or have someone more suitable to reply to customer complaints because where did I say he asked me to come in? I said I verified the deal I was offered agreed and said I will come in to obtain that deal, obviously that’s at my will but under FALSE PRETENSES!! You better stop playing with me Sam.
