Relaxed car buying experience Researched vehicles and dealership's off and on for a month and was not impressed. My wife and I purchased 2 new Toyota's in 2012 from David Maus so we stayed with them this time. I'm glad I did, Kyle was my sales person and made my car buying experience a pleasure. I usually don't write reviews, but this time I feel like I should bec I purchased my 2019 Toyota 4runner from David Maus Toyota less than 2 weeks ago. I usually don't write reviews, but this time I feel like I should because it really was a great experience from start to finish. I am from Miami and drove to Sanford cause I really wanted a blue limited 4runner and I couldn't find it here. The guys over there made the car buying process so easy and comfortable, especially Javier Zamora who was the main person I dealt with, he is great, outstanding customer service, very calmed guy, no rush at all, nothing to do with that typical car salesman that you feel you have to go fight with, he would make sure you are 100% satisfied and leave the dealer with a smile in your face. The dealer in general looks great, very neat and clean, very good inventory, nice people around, I was really impressed. Financing process was smooth, I don't remember his name, he is from Jamaica and played running back in college, that's what I remember, well he is very good at what he does and made the financing not stressful whatsoever. I truly recommend David Maus Toyota, it was by far my best car buying experience, they made it enjoyable. THANK YOU!!! More
Warranty . Broke other things So tired of this dealership. They have anything but incompitent childeren for techs. Brought my brand new over 50k truck in because headliner issue. I bring it back they say they fix it. I bring it back again they say needs new headliner. Ok. Wait a month get new headliner, they did not install it correctly, goes back 2 days later, headliner broken not installed correctly, messed up my seat belt, it's currently there again for the 5th time? They need to give me something since I am not able to drove my 50k trucj yhat I am paying for. I am going to be looking into reporting them consumer affairs. Jim has been great but the techs are terrible and should not be employed. More
You lost two loyal customers today My husband and I have been a loyal customer of this dealership, we bought our highlander there in feb this dealer seemed to have the best perks, today My husband and I have been a loyal customer of this dealership, we bought our highlander there in feb this dealer seemed to have the best perks, today when he walked in to get his last free oil change they wouldn’t honor it because it was expired by two weeks. Conveniently they did not mention that last time we were here. Instead of doing the right thing by the customer they literally refused to honor it. Rob the manager clearly stated that he would rather loose a customer then honor the oil change. This is a pathetic way to run a business. I unfortunely was looking forward to trading in my Yaris for a new suv because we are looking to start a family soon. They lost two customers today over 90 dollars. Go somewhere else where they are going to care about your business after the initial purchase. I hope 90 dollars was worth loosing a 30,000 dollar sale. More
