Front desk SERVICE they are very helpful people, unfortunately service technicians don't know what they are doing, they sold out as excellent service but I did service maintenance to four cars that unfortunately service technicians don't know what they are doing, they sold out as excellent service but I did service maintenance to four cars that I brought there. 1. they didn't rotate my tires when they said they did, you will realize when tires are in bad shape, no taking any responsibility to never do it, then they want to selling the tires, obviously there's a business. 2. they said they top off liquids and when I get home were at the same lavel, its always happens in any service appointment, when you get home and check it you don't want to go back to claim it. 3. grace on my hud and seats, 4. last thing was... I took my car there for oil change and they forgot to tide the screw on the bottom causing all the oil dripping off completely on my way home, oil light came out next morning checked out and not oil in my car, still don't know if engine had any damage... I'm done with their very poor service... I mentioned those issues to few employees there including service manager without any serious apologies. What a waste of time and money $$$ cause they are expensive... Conclusion...based in my experience with Toyota Seminole, they don't want to hear claims for the poor quality job or FAILS that service department do, they don't will give you money back and not even a discount...that's a really dissatisfied and disappointing... Anyways they are Not BBB accredited, what we can expect?. More
I purchased a vehicle from them on 1/1. Since then I have spent over $2,000 on repairs and the car has been in the shop for a week on three different occasions. I called Seminole Toyota when my car started leaking oil everywhere. A representative of Seminole Toyota told me immediately they generally "sell their cars as is." He asked me if I spent "a lot" of money to purchase a warranty. I said "I didn't think so but I didn't know." He said "it's not covered then." He didn't even look our purchase order up so we took that as this was our situation to deal with; pay for the repairs. When I complained online they said to give them a call. I spoke to Joe C. on 8/1 who went to speak to Josh S. who responded to my post. Joe C. told me there probably wasn't anything they could do but I should reach out to Sam B. I emailed Sam B. all the paperwork from PepBoys on the various maintenance (that cost over $2,000) done on the car including the latest of replacing the serpentine belt and a tension rod. Sam B. said that we had purchased a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty that could have potentially covered the work. This was SHOCKING NEWS as we SPECIFICALLY called Seminole Toyota before taking the vehicle anywhere. We called on June 9th and talked to a representative of Seminole Toyota about our problems with leaking oil and warning lights turning on in our Tiguan. I asked if we were covered under any kind of warranty due to purchasing the car 6 months ago. We emailed Sam B. back immediately sharing this information with him but received NO RESPONSE. We emailed Sam B. again that evening and NO RESPONSE. We emailed Joe C. the next day, 8/2, to follow up and tell him that we reached out to Sam B but that he hadn't responded. I also texted Joe C. to make sure he would see my email but he left me on read and never responded to my email or text. Seminole Toyota replies to comments on here to save face then completely ghosts you.There is no reason a car purchased on 1/1 should spend weeks in the shop and have thousands in repairs unless you are selling unsafe vehicles. Do better! More
Jayden was wonderful I really appreciated his assistance. The dealership it's self leaves something to be desired. When dropping lots of money on a vehicle I would expect a free oil change in the future or The dealership it's self leaves something to be desired. So the only reason I am giving this dealership any stars is because I actually had a good experience with the employees there, especially in finance. However, this is where the review takes a turn. I bought a used 2020 Toyota Corolla from this dealership in November of 2022. At the beginning of this year, I noticed that the front bumper was starting to come off from where it is supposed to be clipped onto the car. After further investigation, I found out that the bumper is only glued onto the car and is starting to come off! My car is now currently at an auto body shop trying to get repaired where they found that the whole front end was crushed and damaged! Even though the Carfax report that Toyota showed me said it had not been in any accidents. The fact that this Toyota dealership is selling cars with glued on parts is absolutely insane! Moral of the story is if you decide to buy a used car from this dealership, please do your best to inspect it. Or honestly, just don't buy a used car here at all! Because $1,600 later to get it repaired, I'm not thrilled. I contacted corporate due to their reply to my Google review about being committed to making things right. Corporate contacted the dealership and said they have 24 hours to contact me. They never did, so I contacted corporate again and they said that it is up to the discretion of the dealership on how they want to handle it. The dealership told corporate that I bought the car "As is", so they do not want to deal with me. However, what they did not do is disclose the damage before selling it "as is" and if they really did do the bumper to bumper inspection (it was a certified Toyota) that they said they did, then they would have seen the damage and should have disclosed it. They said that they are committed to making things right, but have absolutely no intention of doing so. Please read other reviews on Yelp and BBB because I am not the only one with a review like this. More

Beatriz was by far the BEST salesperson I have ever worked with. She was very thorough and went thru every feature of my new vehicle, to include the Toyota app. (Previous Toyota dealership did not do worked with.
