Good Salesman, Good Finance Manager, Bad Sales Manager Recently purchased a used Lexus GS from this dealership. Our salesman, Sabri, Mahmoud was excellent. The sales manager, Mark Dalton who we were origin Recently purchased a used Lexus GS from this dealership. Our salesman, Sabri, Mahmoud was excellent. The sales manager, Mark Dalton who we were originally introduced to however was a class act. Mark came over very arrogantly and said that we must be interested in purchasing so lets just sign the paper. I responded to him that there were mismatched tires on the vehicle that were not intended for use on that car, among a few other issues. Mark quickly tried to write us off and move us out of the dealership by saying that perhaps we are looking at the wrong vehicle. When we replied that perhaps we are at the wrong dealership, Mark reaffirmed that and said perhaps you are. Mark was ready to get rid of us within 45 seconds. Mark must have believed that we did not have enough money to purchase the Lexus and would have preferred to move on. We went back and forth on leaving but ultimately asked for a different sales manager, really just to voice how frustrated we were on how badly we were treated. Johnny Sabol came and took over. Johnny quickly recognized that we were from Clermont and drove quite a distance to come to the dealership and that we were obviously interested in purchasing a vehicle. Johnny listened to our concerns about the vehicle. Johnny did not have to give us anything, Johnny did not have to loose anything on his deal. Johnny listened to our concerns about the vehicle and was able to provide what we wanted with us paying to have it taken care of. I could have chosen a hundred other dealerships on my way to David Maus Toyota, but I decided to purchase here solely based on the vehicle, Johnny, and Sabri. However, I find it very difficult to recommend this dealership based on the way Mark Dalton treated my family. While we had the thick skin to stay and finish up, most people will not put up with that kind of treatment. Warren Buffet, the owner of the David Maus group would not be happy if he was aware of one of his employees acting in such a manner. More
