Was told a vehicle was available and had already been sold. I was contacted by the internet sales manager after inquiring on a vehicle listed on their website. I was told the vehicle was available and was given an appointment time the same day to see the car and test drive it. Not even 2 hours later, my family and I arrived at the dealership ready for the test drive. The sales manager advised the car had been sold the night before and forgot to check properly. I was there specifically for that vehicle. I was very disappointment, an apology was barely issues. Since then I am receiving at least 1 phone call each day with messages asking if we want to view any other cars. No I do not. I wanted that one specific car. Terrible way to do business. More
